They are a front lace adjustable binding with a rubber toe piece allowing the accommodation of different size feet. A new foot bed gives the rider a more comfortable and orthopedically pleasing fit. ?The new plate is designed to give you adjustment for your bindings in practical angles. ?The slot on the plate has depressed circles which perfectly fit the thumbscrew, disallowing any plate movement while riding.
